High Temperature Resistant Board is a premium epoxy-based machinable tooling material under the LH-TOOL® series, specially engineered for composite curing, vacuum forming and high-temperature mold processes where standard PU modeling boards cannot sustain thermal loads. Different grades are developed to match varying operating temperature thresholds, covering medium heat-resistant grades for continuous service around 120°C and advanced high-temperature grades stable up to 180°C, with ultra-low thermal expansion coefficient to keep shape unchanged under repeated heating cycles. It retains outstanding dimensional stability, uniform internal structure and fine surface texture after CNC milling, drilling and sanding, free from bubbling, warping or surface cracking during oven curing and prepreg layup cycles.
