Epoxy Modeling Paste is a two-component epoxy-based modeling and repair compound, perfectly matched with our
Epoxy Modeling boards, PU tooling boards and
Styling Boards in the LH-TOOL® product system. It is widely used for local detail rebuilding, defect repairing, gap filling, seam smoothing and small feature sculpting during CNC post-processing, prototype finishing and mold making. Formulated with carefully selected epoxy resin and mineral fillers, this paste cures at room temperature with low shrinkage, high dimensional stability and consistent hardness after full curing.
We supply multiple grades of Epoxy Modeling Paste to fit different workshop scenarios. The low-viscosity version flows well for filling fine pinholes, tiny machining scratches and narrow splicing seams; the medium-viscosity general grade is the most versatile, easy to spread and shape by hand or spatula for most repair and minor modeling work; the high-viscosity thick type holds shape well without sagging, ideal for building raised details, thick-layer repair and three-dimensional feature shaping on vertical or overhead surfaces.
Once cured, the paste can be freely sanded, polished, drilled and CNC machined just like the parent Modeling Board, without forming hard isolated spots or causing tool wear differences. It bonds firmly to epoxy boards, polyurethane styling boards and most cured tooling materials, with excellent resistance to moderate temperature changes and no delamination or cracking under normal processing conditions. This epoxy modeling paste is a staple material for automotive styling models, checking fixtures, wind power mold master patterns, ship prototypes and industrial design display models.
