This high strength fast epoxy resin modeling adhesive comes in practical 2kg sets, designed specifically for tooling board assembly. It is ideal for bonding single or multiple tooling boards. Simple to prepare and apply, it creates dependable bonds while maintaining great machinability for subsequent cutting, shaping and finishing work.

This two-component adhesive offers impressive performance benefits. It provides high tensile strength and strong impact resistance to prevent joint separation. It also features reliable temperature resistance to suit varied workshop conditions. At 25℃, both Part A and Part B are translucent, with viscosity of 4000–6000 CPS. The mix ratio is 100:1, pot life is 5 minutes, and full cure takes 24 hours. Properly stored, it has a shelf life of 2 years.
